FAQ

  • Therapeutic profiling is a method that maps behavior patterns, inherited coping styles, and embedded beliefs so you can see the structure driving your choices.

It differs from clinical therapy by focusing less on traditional diagnoses and more on holistically decoding patterns holding you back or keeping you in survival mode. This is not talk therapy.

At Therapeutic Profiling (the practice), we integrate AI systems to accelerate growth with research, memorable tools, valuable insight, and actionable feedback.

  • Therapeutic profiling is a structured approach to resolving behavior patterns, lived challenges, and growth blocks—using curiosity, critical thinking, and self-discovery.

Applied during workshops and sessions, the method integrates fields such as applied behavior analysis, AI, and cognitive psychology, while drawing systems-level insight from identity psychology, programming logic, economics, and mindfulness.

The result is a layered method that works like a behavioral Xray—translating unconscious patterns into actionable blueprints for change.

  • We offer empowerment over dependency. Most systems focus on support. Ours focuses on self-sufficiency.

You’ll map the behavioral, emotional, and relational patterns that run in your life’s background—where they come from, how they hold, and what it takes to change them.

This process includes the creation of your own AI support system: a personalized, mindful mentor that reflects your goals, recognizes your patterns, and empowers wellness.

Clients often report expanded awareness, better decision-making, decreased stress and mental load, improved productivity, and a new growth baseline.

  • Therapeutic Profiling is intended for anyone navigating persistent patterns—recognized or hidden.

We work with adults seeking personal clarity, parents looking to change generational dynamics, and learners or educators wanting to lead with empowerment over reactivity.

The method adapts to both individual and group settings, and while children aren’t direct clients, their behaviors are often addressed indirectly through the Conscious Cadets program and profiling work with caregivers.

  • No—services are not limited to personal issues or concerns. Some clients come in with stuck patterns or emotional loops. Others come to build out their personalized AI system for daily structure, decision-making, or cognitive support.

Services mirror what you bring, whether you’re resolving a challenge or simply optimizing how you move through life.

  • Yes—and that’s often exactly who finds this work most useful. Many clients arrive after trying therapy, coaching, or self-guided growth tools that helped to a point—but didn’t resolve the root structure behind their patterns.

We offer a map and tools to use it. If you’ve done the work but still feel stuck in or unable to apply what you’ve learned consistently, this approach may reveal what other methods couldn’t name.

Though, again—not a substitute for clinical or medical support.

  • Sessions are held via Google Meet and offered individually or in small groups.

Clients are typically logged into their personal AI account during sessions, giving them live access to the tools and frameworks we’re implementing.

Sessions generally lean in one of two directions:

    1. Applying principles of AI education

    2. Applying cognitive-behavioral profiling and analysis

*Usually both areas overlap depending on client goals.

Each session focuses on equipping you with actionable insights and practical skills—whether that’s achieving specific goals, identifying behavioral patterns, or improving current life circumstances.

Sessions look like a mix of targeted discussion, live pattern analysis, concept demonstration, guided self-profiling strategies, note-taking, and your AI use case options.

  • The most direct way to get started is to schedule a free 20-minute call. Otherwise, correspondence via email until your questions are answered works too.

Whether you're here for AI training, behavior support, or both—we’ll help you choose a starting point that matches your needs and readiness level.

  • I’m not a licensed therapist or BCBA—and Therapeutic Profiling doesn’t operate as a clinical service. I no longer practice ABA as defined by certification or licensing standards.

Now, my work draws from achieving:

    • BS in Psychology

    • MA in Applied Behavior Analysis

    • Direct experience in behavior consultation and intervention where I worked directly with children, parents, and educators and supervised clinicians across homes, schools, community, clinics, and telehealth settings.

    • Continued education and mentorship

At Therapeutic Profiling, we use a formal, step-by-step process that applies self-profiling principles drawn from behavior analysis, cognitive science, and identity psychology—all delivered outside a clinical or diagnostic framework.
